28-August-2017 Four only Hydraulic cylinders exported to RBCT in South Africa

FLUTEC Hydraulics successfully exported 4 pieces of Boom cylinder 400/200×3550 to RBCT in South Africa. The piston rods are made in EN24T material and Ni/Cr plated . Hallite Seals and LYC bearings are used for these cylinders The appointed quality engineer inspected all the material certificates, welding process procedure, finished parts dimensions and pressure testing. And these four cylinders have been certified by SGS as per end-user’s requirements.                  

18-June-2016 Intake Gate Control Cylinder for Hydropower Plant exported to Vietnam

FLUTEC Hydraulics successfully exported one Bore280/140×5450 hydraulic cylinder c/w valve manifold to a Hydropower Plant located in Vietnam. The piston rod was made in 2Cr13 stainless steel and double layer chrome layers. Parker seals and Rexroth Valves were used for this cylinder. The Vietnamese inspect engineers have inspected this hydraulic hoist step by step and is very satisfied with our quality.                  

19-May-2015 Large Bore Press Cylinders exported to a famous Press Manufacturer

FLUTEC Hydraulics successfully exported many hydraulic cylinders  to a world class press manufacturer All cylinder tubing were made from AISI 1045 forging steel Heat treatment to Min. 380Mpa yield strength All cylinder rods were made from  AISI 4140 forging steel HSR to Min. HRC28 USA famous seals Brand “System“ are used for these cylinders.                    

05-October-2012 Boom Cylinders for Stacker Reclaimer loacted in South Africa

FLUTEC Hydraulics Successfully exported hydraulic cylinder 400/180×7300 to South Africa. These cylinders will be installed on Stacker Reclaimers in a coal mine. The appointed inspector has checked all material certificates,dimension inpsected reports and witnessed the pressure testing. The piston rods were made of EN19T and NiCr plated . Hallite Seals were used for these cylinders We got high praise from the client and started good relationship to supply more and more cylinders in future.                   [...]
